In the past 15 years Ilona has worked with start-ups, non-profits and other organisations that have one goal in common: To create a better society and environment for everyone. She enjoys an international, dynamic and result driven work environment in which quality and a good team spirit are valued.

Working with an international speaker pool is what she finds most fun at working for Exponential Leadership. Ilona is a generalist and has a hands-on approach while managing national and international projects and programmes. Establishing meaningful connections, create awareness, inspire, educate and change mindsets through work is what drives her throughout her working day.
